Shipping Guide:

1. Required Delivery Information

The information needed for shipping is your full name, address and phone number. Please be informed that we can only ship your order by ZIP CODE address, and PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.

*** Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address and contact number.

*** Please allow 3-7 days for delivery of your item.

*** We will send you your tracking number in 36-48 hours after we receive your Payment.

*** We accept international orders and offer worldwide Free Shipping.

2. Shipping Method

Normally, we use DHL as shipping method. But for some counties, we will use EMS as shipping method.

3. Tracking Methods

After your order is dispatched, we will offer EMS or DHL tracking NO. and email to you.

Note: (If you can't check it immediately with the tracking NO., please take more patience to wait for it. Some time is required by Express Company do uploading).


4. Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery

***For those customers who do not receive your parcel within 15 working days, Please contact with Local Post Office A.S.A.P. Always you can check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.

Returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return any goods purchased from our website within 30 days of receipt provided you take good care of them, and that they are returned to us in the same condition as you received them. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund or exchange process to be completed after which you will be given the option of a full refund, stylist pick credit or exchange if style is available. We take great pride in our reputation for good service, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

Exchange: You can choose to exchange any of your ordered and unworn items with another item available on our website, which has the same or a lower price. If the original order was purchased using a promotional or discount code, you will only be able to exchange for the same item in a different size/colour or exchange for a different item at the equivalent cost you paid or a lower price. We can reimburse you any price difference.

Refund: You can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items, if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Shipping cost, if any, is non-refundable.

You can return products by post within 30 days of receipt.

1. Include the Returns Note in the return package.
2. Please ensure that you request a proof of posting certificate.
